Mantra4Change engages with state education departments to develop the capacity of system leaders, where states have already identified cadre of mentors such as block mentors, district mentors, cluster resource center coordinators and master resource persons. And through our experiences in working with the states, one of the questions that kept coming back to us was – what does effective mentoring look like? And how might that be enabled at scale?
