STEP
in districts and states
While we continue working with schools and clusters directly, we also enable state departments including the Department of Education, State Council of Education, Research, and Training (SCERT), and district institutes such as District Institute of Education and Training (DIETs) to lead school improvement across the state or district. This involves co-creating programs with the key stakeholders, developing leadership capacity, reimagining state structures and processes, as well as enabling transparency and accountability through technology-enabled data driven decision making.
